THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR

Bring your lawn chair and picnic dinners and relax on the Island as you enjoy the fast paced and throughly enjoyable performance of "The Merry Wives of Windsor."   Set in the Old West, we meet Falstaff and his band a roustabouts as they arrive in the town of Windsor, Texas with his Wild West Show.   Down on his luck, he plots to seduce the two weathly women in town to gain access to their gold.   His plot backfires as the two confide in each other.  Oh! and then the fun begins!!!  Come early to get the best seating, as there is ample preshow entertainment.  Western Dancing courtesy of Batavia Dance Academy, panning for gold for the smallest of guests, and perhaps a gun show or two featuring Falstaff's men!!     And be sure to stop by the Old Time Photo Tent and have a portrait taken pre-show dressed in costume on and around our set.

We do not serve up  dry dull Shakespeare....this is FUN and FESTIVE and full of merriment and mirth,
(and gun-slinging,  fist fighting,  and giddy-up!!)

Prepare to laugh out loud at the antics of Sir Falstaff,
and the merriest of wives in Windsor!
